Practitioner.
Curator.
Facilitator.
The origin
It started with the music.
Clinton has been DJing since his teens — learning, early on, that a room responds to sound in ways that go well beyond entertainment. The right frequency changes how people breathe. The wrong one creates friction. That sensitivity to atmosphere never left.
The fitness work came later, and with it a more physical understanding of how bodies move through energy — what they need to open up, what helps them recover. The Pilates deepened that, adding precision and body intelligence that changed how every session was designed.
The sound bath work arrived last. And it changed how all of it connected — revealing the thread that runs through DJing, physical training, Pilates, and healing sound. The thread is attention. Presence. Understanding what a room — and the people in it — actually need.
Polyphonic Vibrations is that understanding, made into a practice.
The disciplines
Four disciplines. Why they're one.
DJ & Music Curation
Clinton has been crafting sets that move between genres and moods for over a decade. The approach isn't about crowd-pleasing — it's about reading the room and giving it what it needs. Whether that's building energy for a festival morning or dissolving it gently at the end of a retreat, the music is always purposeful.
Personal Training
The training philosophy is grounded in function over performance. Clinton works with bodies as they actually are — carrying tension, recovering from long days, needing movement that restores rather than depletes. Every session is calibrated to context: what happened before it, and what comes after.
Pilates
Mat Pilates taught Clinton the intelligence that lives in precise, intentional movement. In the Polyphonic Vibrations context, Pilates sessions function as resets — a way of helping a body arrive. Used particularly in corporate and retreat settings, where people need to transition from one mode of being to another.
Sound Bath Facilitation
The sound work — using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, percussion and ambient layering — developed last and changed how everything else connected. A sound bath creates the conditions for rest that movement alone can't access. Clinton facilitates 45 to 90 minute journeys, often as the closing experience in a day or retreat arc.

“Clinton has a gift for creating a peaceful and restorative space. I always leave his sound baths feeling incredibly relaxed. The combination of the sounds and Clinton's calm approach make it easy to let go of daily stresses. It is a lovely experience and one I would happily recommend to others.”
“If you've never tried a soundbath before, try this one and if you do know about soundbaths you really need this one. This is no ordinary soundbath, this is a continuous, rhythmic blending of singing bowls that doesn't stop, pause or falter whilst enveloping you in the vibrations. Clinton applies his background in movement, music and as a DJ to blend a unique, deeply resonating experience that leaves you refreshed, invigorated and ready to take on your world feeling healed. So pause, relax and let the sound take over. This is not to be missed.”
